KINKIND

This major TV and digital campaign for KinKind’s eco-friendly shampoo and conditioner bars is Buska Video’s biggest undertaking to date.

We were invited to pitch for the project by UKTV Ventures following their £1 million ‘air-time for equity’ deal with KinKind. Having presented 3 different approaches, we won the pitch and set about turning ‘The KinKind Kid’ campaign into reality.

This involved the development of multiple scripts, navigation of all ClearCast approvals and casting of our 6-year-old lead girl plus 4 other members of her KinKind family. We also brought together a crew of 15 experienced freelancers to shoot the commercial over 2 days on location during a heat-wave!

Following the successful shoot, we handled every aspect of the post-production and delivery for broadcast across all UKTV channels, where it will air for at least 12 months. The campaign also ran across digital platforms and was launched alongside a series of ‘How To’ demo videos we created for the KinKind website using the same cast.
